doesn't work. won't accept my account number. says the account number needs to be 8 chars, but my account number, when I log in on the website, is only 7. they say I need the latest version to fix that problem. I just installed it again, so it must be the latest version. there's no way to confirm because they won't tell me what the latest version number is.

Worst app I have ever used for such a big organization. Every time I open the app, it doesn't load, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Very disappointed. Before it was just a service, now even the app doesn't work. The worst part is, the organization won't do anything to fix the issue. But, due to the same issue, once you can pay the bill, they will flag you. no wonder why they are loosing customers.

I've never liked Bell. but they get me with great offers then up amounts slowly so I don't notice then I have to call and they always have a better deal than I had originally them we go through it all again and never seem to get it right the first time. takes 3 or 4 calls to ever resolve. by them they have another great deal for me. 🤦‍♀️. and you all know I'm not the only one who says this.
