The QuickTicket app is just okay, in my opinion. It's not fancy at all and has the potential for many upgrades and improvements. But it does the bare essentials, and those functions do work well consistently. I use the Transit app to track my busses and routes, and I use this app to purchase my tickets and keep track of the bus passes I own on each card. Together, I get where I'm going!

This app is terrible. I actually helped promote the app before the launch and it's unfortunate that the app is not helpful. 1) No one at the bus station knows how to work the app, if you actually have a problem. 2) The app doesn't consolidate other accounts that you may have. 3) There is no way to get support through the app. Somehow, I was able to get 2 Virtual cards under the same email. The one that has $28 will not work. I have to manually add money to a new one every time! I hate it

Needs work. There have been many occasions where it shows a specific arrival time. I start my walk to the stop,, Then it disappears and shows the next time arrival. Also, needs improvement on tracking. So many times I've looked and there is no bus showing on the map, so I head out anyway and sometimes it shows up. Sometimes it doesn't.
