Ratings and reviews

The app takes far too long to load up. My assumption is that it is syncing with the Ace Hardware servers, but it still takes far too long. The app also lags with interaction, causing inadvertent double taps or as the screen loads, it causes the display to shift, causing one to tap the wrong item. A bit of work on this would make it far more user friendly.

Frustrating to use for online shopping. Works well enough for browsing products. If you need to purchase, very inconsistent app experience. It may work, even if slow. Today, products ready for checkout, app does not process to finish checkout. Waste of time if I can't pay online and cannot use the store pick up option. I have to now go inside to make purchase I otherwise had waiting in online cart, so I can use $5 reward. Ace please improve the online experience.

App works well. You have to be pretty exact in the wording when you're searching for something or you'll get no results at all, or a whole confusing lot of items not relevant to what you put in the search box. In the store the barcode search works well which is helpful when the price isn't apparent on the item. I very much like having my discount deals in the app so I don't have to carry coupons around.
