Ratings and reviews

Nothing has still been done. This app and company needs a new IT developer. Major overhaul needed. This app needs some huge changes to get up to speed. One issue is that it frequently signs me out weekly, sometimes daily. It has a hard time connecting to your servers even though I will have full service or strong wifi. And the location settings, it constantly changes your preferred store. Cmon guys please get this figured out.

Defective. It didn't let me get beyond the home screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I had to create a new account. Then I couldn't connect it with our Rewards number because it is used by another member (my husband, who the original account was under, but didn't recognize his email or wouldn't let me create an account under his name again). Now it won't allow me to sign into it. It freezes after entering the password.

update (9/3/25): app is very slow to respond, products don't include pertinent information in the details, you aren't given the ability to ask a question on the app to the (company, other users), to get the information that you need that's not listed! I get the app to load properly, I'll look up a product to try to get more information and it doesn't completely open all the way. I'll find a product that I already like and use, but I can't add it to my lists for future reference.
