I would recommend people do their research, if you can get a credit card it's more cost effective, for example, if you miss a payment they will try again every day, each time you fail there is a penalty fee, $10 each day, 10 days that's $100. Once you are getting penalty charges you can no longer move that payment date, so you are trapped with that X x $Pen. Not ideal, but it is what it is. Quite a few articles in press saying people should be more cautious with easy credit like this.

Afterpay absolutely sucks. I'm very disappointed. Basically, you need the flashest/expensive phone to use the in store part of the app. It keeps saying my phone needs to be 4.4 or higher. I just updated my phone to 6.1, but it still doesn't work. My phone is not even a year old. If I could give it minus, i would. Afterpay customer service sucks, absolutely useless. They're no help at all. Always coming up with an excuse than trying to fix the problem, never read their reviews. Uninstalled

App was working perfectly until the recent updates in May 2024. The app does not open as easily anymore. There are more "error" prompts occuring. Its easier to go through the actual webpage to access your account then it is via this app. The process of uninstall & reinstalling app hasnt helped either. The phone is compatible, so not sure whats going on. Would be nice if tech support would provide a response here, as it would seem Im not the only user experiancing these issues.
