Easy-to-use requests for home help. Affordable and worth it. My only complaint is the first people assigned to you half the time are the worst, and don't fix the issue. Multiple times, I've had to have 3 requests for the same issue until the assigned another company, with no way to request a blacklist of original, failed company.

This is the worst home warranty I ever had. There is no option to enter directly review for their services on the website. Zero customer service! They just hired cheap contractors to do a poor job. More like a hit and trial. There is no limit .on the tries as they come change one part or the other. They dont care if in It takes months and months to resolve a problem. They just give you pre-programmed answers. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are working to fix the problem. Good luck!!

I've been a member for the whole year. I tried to use the video chat. that was a joke expert refused, forcing me to put in a service request for $125. I had no choice but to spend the $125. turned out I was correct the whole time service Man took 60 seconds to fix the problem. when I saw what he did he verified I had been taken. I file complaint. the response tough. I'm the one who filed the service request. no refund I was shocked I thought they were a good company but beware they're not!!!
