great service. so convenient. have used it more than 5 times now and so far zero issues with app, ordering or delivery. have compared my shop multiple times to ordering straight from Coles, and milk run is only couple $ difference. but the major difference is that I'm getting my groceries delivered in 30 minutes. can't beat that! $5 delivery is cheap and makes this app appealing

First order: Tracking orders doesn't work accurately, delivery was much later than stated, my ice cream was completely melted. I don't recommend it! I had to order from Milkrun for the second time due to having migraine. This is the worst online shopping ever!!! One of the items in my order wasn't sent, wasn't available I guess. Instead of receiving an automatic refund, I had to contact their customer service, they kept me waiting for 20 minutes on the chat to issue a refund!

This app is great for people who don't have a lot of grocery time! And saves asses when you don't have a car or reliable public transport to get you too and from. Or if your just having a lazy weekend it helps with that too. The app is obviously biased to whatever woollies wants sold so sometimes it extra work to navigate to the cheaper products. Otherwise its fine and the delivery service is always on time and kind 👍
