I'm very disappointed with the application. It has many technical issues which made got lost when I fellow its map because the direction is inaccurate, no information about Lammah that it is with manosha. Also, I'm very disappointed with the customer service. They don't answer the call at their number and in the chat, they reply after a long time.

Thieves!! thought this app had good intentions so i requested for the 1st time last week eventually the experience was tough with app itself then when the driver could reach the restaurant they stated that the item is out of stock.. And they refused to pay me back 😒 I contacted the app officers in different ways, no refund or even points in my account..

it's a very good app but more restaurants needs to be added. it is a very good app to save food from getting thrown away 👍 I just hope they keep the food fresh nd good so people don't stop using the app if the quality goes down.
