I don't know why, but the app is working great again! Perhaps it was on the "supply" end? Of had something to do with policy-year's end/beginning...? I am just happy the app is up and running again. Thank you! I have not been able to log in since the last update, despite uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times. How can we get your attention? Please fix this app!

Chronically unstable app that crashes over and over just by trying to use its basic functions, for instance, viewing invoices and payment history. Pretty important to be able to do, no? Useless! I've given up and just use the web-based site. I find Florida Blue to be unserious about fixing it. It's just obviously not a priority for them.

The app itself seems nice, if it worked. It constantly crashes, it is slow as can be, you can't make payments because it crashes you can't look at your invoices because it crashes and it's been doing this for quite a while now. So in theory it's a wonderful app but in practice it might as well not even exist. Update almost a year later and it's still slow and now half the time doesn't even open to something that you can use. You have to close and reopen the app two or three times.
