This app and company are a huge 0! The fact that the app barley counts as working is an understatement. It simply just doesn't work. If you can avoid using bright speed as an Internet provider, you'd be better off. The wifi goes out several times a day. Customer service refuses the problem being with them, instead wanting to charge us a fee to have a technician come out. I have read other reviews of how scammy this company is. Customer service sucks.

TERRIBLE! I finally got into the app & it kept saying that my password was incorrect (which it isn't) and saying they were experiencing technical difficulties everytime I tried to change the password. Finally, today I got it to send me a link (only good for 24 hours) to change my password but now everytime I hit the submit button I get the same try again later error message! If this is any indication of what the service is going to be like, they should have stayed CenturyLink, their app worked!

Rating low I hopes someone notices.... Have had Brightspeed for less than a week. Was told to download the app so I could change the painfully long wifi name and password. Unfortunately, I get the same "we are experiencing temporary technical difficulties. Please try again in a few minutes" error. I've tried every day for the last 5 days. Same "temporary" š issue. No idea who to contact about this.... Just want to update my wifi name/password (and prefer not to do it the old school way)....
