the only downfall that I have is with the app on android/galaxy s24 ultra. When the app is open and you are viewing the camera and motion or sound is detected there is a pink square box that pops up along with a high pitch ping. I cant leave my app open on the phone and use as a "monitor" because of this ping. phone is set to silent or vibrate but that doesnt stop the ping. very annoying and wish it could be turned off. ping only happens when app is open and video streaming.

I have had this unit for a bit now... and it has been really good until this year.. my phone keeps having trouble signing into the account... it is frustrating me to no end.. I am still not able to get in through my phone.. plus I lije using my phone because then I do not have to keep hitting the button to light up the screen... it is a constant not being able to sign it ... it is ridiculous... vtech fix this issue...

Notifications no longer working unless the app is open on the phone. I have uninstalled, logged out, and then reinstalled and logged in and doubled checked notifications were on, in the app. The odd thing I've noticed is that when I check the notifications on my phone to make sure its allowing the app permission to notify me, my phone cannot locate the app to even enable that option.
