This app has never once worked on my galaxy s23. I honestly couldn't even tell you the last time I've been able to access my account through the app and not had to use a web browser. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and my software is up to date. I can't be the only user this is affecting and it's been going on for well over a year now at minimum I know. The app opens, and a circle spins for eternity but the dashboard/login never comes up.

Most of the time the app is fine. You pay your bill and it's fine. You can "set" a billing day which is nice. Just keep in mind it's NOT the exact day. You pay the day after your requested date. If you choose the 1st, it will most definitely come out midnight, the 2nd. Sucks for data pinchers. Tried to set it back a few days (you get amazing discounts on days that your device is off when you need to stretch) but now it says my usage is beyond my max and it won't reset. It's vexing.

You have to go to Lcustomers service in order for them to edit your account as far as like name and stuff like that I went inside the store I had a perfect experience I had no problems I talked to a young service agent and they got me the best deal for the best plan that I could possibly get but I had to use my social security number and I use my real information and got a wonderful deal of $36 a month package that I think I should have went up for to about $55 a month or $50 a month whichever
