Ratings and reviews

Initially this app worked great. I would occasionally get disconnects, but I'd get a notification and could remove and add my connection. I was able to work with their support to resolve an issue when it wasn't working. But the latest issue I've had has been going on for nearly two months, always with a notification to "reach out to support if the issue persists". Support is slow to respond, offers limited options that don't work, and then disappears for days or weeks at a time.

The app works well, not buggy. Was able to connect my vehicle and see some statistics. CB reward received right away. Good concept, but until it can support my OnePlus Open, I'm going to have to give it a pass. I'm also concerned about the constant drain on the car's battery, but haven't looked into this fully. I wanted it to work, but unfortunately I had to do this on one of my older phones to get it functioning. Not sure why everyone with a OnePlus has the error of not being compatible.

It's easy to set up, well at least for my experience, and what's not to love, tell you details on your vehicle, can access it's remote accessory, report issues, and give you crypto token (Dimo) tokens, so, I guess they get something from me, just behind the scenes, but everywhere does so that's fine, especially for this opportunity! Give it a try! Ps: didn't say they did have something going on behind the scenes I just figured prolly
