Ratings and reviews

The new app requires dedicated Wi-Fi to load. It has a hard time loading over LTE and 5G networks. If you don't have access to dedicated Wi-Fi, sign in and 2FA don't communicate to send the text message to be able to log back in. While the app is loading, the QR code to scan on the app is available, but the balance takes a minute to load up. The menu function is helpful if you can order ahead, but for the 12 locations in my area, order ahead is not available. The older app was more reliable.

The "new" version of the app is garbage (and several Dutch Bros employees agreed with me). Can no longer easily access the menu without clicking on the address first, wants you to place a "mobile order" though the locations don't all have it and this is essentially a stupid feature at a drive through coffee shop (like ordering fast food on their apps as though they aren't fast enough...free up your schedules folks...dang). No longer intuitive and functionally well ordered. Slow and stupid.

With recent changes to the app, my "what's new" no longer loads so once I open a notification, it's lost to the abyss. Is anyone else having this issue? I agree with what most were saying about the menu being moved, I'm glad the uproar was heard and had it moved back. Edit: that new update worked. Thanks!
