CARD SME Bank konek2CARD is a mobile banking service provided by CARD MRI that allows clients of CARD SME Bank to conduct financial transaction remotely using a mobile device such as android/smart phones.

Through this app, clients can monitor their savings and loan accounts and conduct financial transactions like cash-in, cash-out, and pay loans.

Client Inquiries:
• Balance Inquiry
- To check balance of latest savings and outstanding balance of loans
• Mini Statement
- To see the last 10 Transactions made in your account using konek2CARD mobile application, ATM, over-the-counter, payroll deposit etc.
• E-statement
- Last 60 Days Transaction made thru konek2CARD mobile application, over-the-counter, ATM etc. or last 200 entries.
• Transaction History
- To see the transaction history of the mobile application only. Transaction range is up to 30 days.
• Fee Structure
- Amount of fee or charge of the transaction.

Self Initiated:
• konek2PAY
- Can pay cashless for goods and services to merchants via konek2CARD app
• Cardless Withdrawal
- Can do cash withdrawal in CARD SME Bank Digital Cash Machine (DCM) by using QR code generated on the konek2CARD application.
• Cash out Request
- Can do cash withdrawal in konek2CARD Agents by using QR code or Reference number generated in konek2CARD application.
• Client Initiated Payment
- Can be used to pay loan’s weekly due or monthly due by using the savings account.
• Fund Transfer
- Can be used to transfer desired amount of money to other CARD SME BANK accounts or to your own other CARD SME Bank accounts.
- Transfer funds to other Bank accounts or e-wallet via Instapay.
• Buy Load
• Pay Bills
• Katuparan Payment

Agent Assisted:
• Agent Assisted Payment
- Used by the agents to help other members in paying their loans, MBA and Savings due with corresponding fees.
• Cash in
- Used by customer/agent to deposit on their savings accounts thru Agents with corresponding Fees.
• Cash out Completion
- Used by agents to help other members to withdraw from their savings accounts with corresponding fees.
• Katuparan Payment

• Accept Payment from customer using QR

• Call Customer Service

The new update is šŸ‘ŽšŸ»šŸ‘ŽšŸ»šŸ‘ŽšŸ» I would like to report an issue with the new update of the Konek2Card app. The bank transfer feature is no longer working because the ā€œSubmitā€ button is stuck at the very bottom of the phone screen and cannot be clicked. I hope this can be resolved soon. Thank you.

I don't like the new update because some buttons are not accessible. The navigation bar is blocking it so whenever I click 'submit', it goes to the home page of the phone instead.
