With Centivo Care, you have access to a primary care team with integrated behavioral health, plus after-hours access to a clinician for urgent needs. With our simple, engaging app, you can visit with your doctor from the comfort of your home, at work or on the go. If at any point you need specialist attention or to be seen in person, your Centivo Care team will guide you to appropriate in-network virtual or community providers.

Ratings and reviews

App won't connect to video appointments. The chat feature only works sporadically - you get a Failure to Send message most of the time. So when the physician messages to ask if you're planning on joining the video chat, you can't even send them a message letting them know that you are trying to. Beyond frustrating.

The service is amazing, the app UI looks nice, but the actual app user experience is really horrible. The app doesn't open when you click a notification (likely crashes?), and every time it is backgrounded, you lose your progress within the app - so oftentimes youre halfway through booking the appointment or writing a message, and all that is lost because you switched the app for a *second* to check your calendar, or took too long so your phone screen turned off... And you need to stary again.

The service is phenomenal but the app is SO BUGGY. If you click on the notifications it doesn't open the app, and it's very slow.
