ABSOLUTELY WORST PATIENT APP!!!. It is difficult to sign-in on the app. It is slow providing information and it takes several attempts to sign in and be recognized by the app. I use other medical apps and they are sooo much better than this one. I loaded it on my phone, had so much trouble signing in, changed the password twice and still nothing. I ended up deleting it from my phone. If you are thinking about getting this app don't trouble yourself.

Probably the absolute worst patient portal I've ever used. It's slow and isn't functionally friendly. Things that are mandated by the ONC Cures Act like immediate release of test results doesn't happen. And there website isn't any better. You can message providers but you can't reply to their response. You have to begin a new message. Just overall an awful app. Find a different provider who uses MyChart.

The portal is terrible. Trying to look at lab & scan results and it will let me see one document then freezes up or says there are no documents or medical information. I have cleared cache, uninstalled & reinstalled the app and have the same issue.
