This app works for bus pass purchases. I was not allowed to retrieve my pass from the wallet due to switching devices to many times and lost a 31 day $70 bus pass with no refund. The GPS system will locate you, but at least on my device the GPS directions feature where you enter "Where To" located me, but could not produce any actual directions at all. The same applies to the feature with nearest bus routes, and it also could not locate me on that screen, and only lists bus stop numbers. Thanks.

my old phone stopped working properly so I had to get a new one, but I can't use my funds/ wallet from this app on my new phone. and the app has a button to transfer data from this app to your other device but it doesn't work, instead it tells you to contact customer service... then what's the point of having a transfer button if you can't let customers use it?

I tried this with caution, not wanting to lose money. First , I purchased a single ticket, and it worked prrfectly. Then I tried a weekly ticket, and things looked good. On the sixth day, I got an error on every bus I boarded, eventhough I still had a day to go. I decided to get a single day ticket, and same problem. If the driver is nice he will let you ride, but this needs to be fixed. Calling the helpline got me nowhere. I will buy tickets at my library until an update fixes this. Pity!!
