I've had my gen mobile phone for about 3 weeks now. I've had absolutely no drop calls perfect service. cell phone quality is absolutely perfect. before this I was with Sprint for 30 years, and the phone quality is just as good as Sprint or any of the other larger companies. the only reason I gave it three stars is I've only used it for a short time. but I am sure after a few more weeks of using the phone and getting used to it five stars will be coming soon.

I give a 5 star. The lady who handled my phone was Erica. she gave me a great deal for a awesome phone, she waited patiently for me to pick it up. when we finally were able to meet up to get phone she was very professional and i have had no problems. the only issue is my 4 GB wore out fast because of all the downloading of apps again. however, I can Still make calls and text but it's just not as fast as when I first got the phone. still good standing on my end. just need a case.

The app shows my data left on my account which is my favorite thing about this app. I see it even track my international calling mins but the most useful function is chatting with customer support in the app. I dont have to be on talking on the phone to get help when I am working.
