Ratings and reviews

This app has become useless! I need to order a new sound box for my shop, but they've removed that option from the app. Previously, it used to show the number of transactions, which made it much easier to find entries, but they've removed that too. Now it only shows the total amount.

Google pay business employee called and voluntarily offering the soundpod and told that it is only free. I am using this app without soundpod from starting. I already knew the subscription packs and I decided not to subscript for that because I'm doing minimum number of transactions. The employee came and told this is only free of cost for 5 years and install. After he leaves I came to know about it's subscription and cancel. but they deny for refund and Rs. 624 will be charged.

Using this app for over 6 months on Realme Narzo 70. Voice alerts for received payments stop working after 5–7 days. The only fix is to clear app data and set it up again—then it works for a few days and breaks again. This cycle keeps repeating. Reported many times but no fix yet. Until this bug is resolved and voice alerts work consistently, we can't give a good rating. It affects daily business use.
