So frustrating. Every 2 days I'm logged out of the app and need to sign in again. Anytime I try and access settings it says I need to verify my account, which I've done several times. And customer service is a complete joke, I'm unable to make phone calls and have been ignored for several days.

I've been with Lebara for a few years because they were cheap and you could bank data if you didn't use it. Lebara have recently decided (without warning) to get rid of the extra Small plan at $14.95 per month, leaving the next cheapest option being their Small plan at $24.95. There are cheaper options out there, so I'll be porting my number to a new service provider at the end of the month.

The app wasn't showing my bonus data. After a phone call (& a lengthy wait in queue), I was told it will show up if I log in using a web browser. So, what's the point in the app then? I was close to my plan's expiry, so I asked if the bonus data would be banked. I was informed it would, but I lost it all! I was just trialling Lebara, I've decided to try someone else instead now.
