Beware: Even with the "Away" setting turned off, the app can still switch to the "Away" settings. I'm giving a 1 star rating because I should be able to fully rely on my thermostat settings. My utility bill is lower (and my pets and plants safer) when I maintain a consistent moderate range of temperature variation. The default "Away" setting benefits utility companies rather than homeowners and results in my home being considerably warmer and cooler than I would ever choose.

This has to be the WORST application and thermostat for your HVAC system. So much is lacking like how long my system ran every day. Also not user friendly. I have to open and close so many times before it even recognizes my thermostats. Sometimes I make adjustments and it takes several tries before it recognizes the changes made. Not easy to control multiple units from one app either. You have to go back a couple steps just to go to the next unit and adjust. I'll be changing my thermostats ASAP!

The new app is a slightly prettier version of the old. Unfortunately, it's harder to use in multi-zone systems. I used to be able to swipe between zones, now I have to go to the My Home tab and pick the other zone. Also, when in Away Mode (which we use all the time when we open the windows at night), the My Home tab disappears, so we can't then see the temp in other zones.
