I have nothing but good things to say about Oak Valley Community Bank. I have had great experiences with the ladies at the bank who have helped me in every way possible. The app is easy to navigate and the information is concise and up to date. I thank all who are involved with them

This app causes me more trouble all the time. It kicks out my fingerprint signing constantly and is frequently telling me the app is not compatible with my software??? I have complained to ovcb numerous times and they do nothing! I am constantly having to Uninstaller the app and start all over. I am thinking about changing banks. Tired of the shoddy service

Edit 2/14/25: The Jan 30 update solved all my critiques! Revised rating. 12/24/24: It is sadly not a polished app. Biometric sign in never works for me, using password manager to fill login info causes a buggy response (can at least get around it), and filtering transaction types by "all" for an amount doesn't return credit results, the only debits. The critical uses for me are checking activity/balance and depositing checks, which are both functional. Still needs work.
