The app has always been terrible, with your camera randomly disconnecting or not registering for days at a time despite no wifi or power issues, the volume issues, the poor support—among other things. But the fact that I can't even look at the live feed anymore really takes the cake. You used to be able to click on the camera and it'd show you what's happening. Now? Nothing. Like why the hell did we pay for this if it doesn't even work? Regrettable purchase for sure. Definitely warn people away.

Bought 2 cameras and paid the $9.99 a month fee to record up to 10 days for both devices. Worked for about a week and then cameras went offline. At that point, the app stopped working and wouldn't open again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Called customer service. Got an automated voicemail saying they weren't available and to leave my contact info. Have not received any response. I will contact the attorney general if my issue is not resolved.

So far, I haven't seen any major issues. I have average speeds for my network, I found when I was using the same network (or even the same wifi connection), the app would have a hard time working at its best let's just say. When I changed the network of the device connecting to the cam, it works flawlessly as far as I can tell. 5 stars for adding more functionality at base level. I know everything is moving towards a subscription model, but I would be happy with no subscription models.. ✌️
