Ratings and reviews

The app never works on my mobile for online ordering. It worked on my extremely old Samsung Galaxy 5, but it won't work on my new phone. I have to pull numerous tricks in order to order online. Also,the online options are not the same as the menu options. For example, there's no option for BBQ wings, but they have them. There's no option to customize certain things either, such as a fettuccine noodle for pasta, rather than a penne. Other apps for different restaurants allow you more choices.

Same problem as others have had. Says 20 min. Wait when ordering. Then says an hour on the confirmation page. Other times I haven't been able to order asap and then have to randomly enter times to try and guess when my order can be ready. Also you can't get all the same selections as you can on the phone or in the restaurant. I will call in my orders going forward.

This website sucks. It is absolutely hilarious That it shows only 1 person gave it 1 star. There is no way its a 4.5 rating. It needs a total overhaul. The worst part is that it doesn't offer any method of payment other than card at the time of the order. My ex was planning on picking up and paying for a delicious dinner, but I didn't have my card on me. I would have loved to pay with PayPal or any of my other cards saved to my phone, but nope can't. The website is bulky and inefficient.
