It's a pain to customize orders especially if you would like to do a like sub like can be done in store. Payment processing has been issues like only one gift card can be used at a time, our most recent gift cards can't be used in the app. While I do tip, they automatically add in a eat in withy tip for takeout. I am done using that app for takeout orders. It good for looking at your king of the hill status.

I'm unable to register my King of the Hill club account on your app. I'm able to log in & view my account online, but when I attempt to register my account on the app, I get an error that says "no matching guests found." The same card number gets me into my account on the website, but the same card number cannot be "matched" on the app. Please help. UPDATE: Notice other reviewers have the same issue, and no one from Iron Hill has ever replied to any of us to offer assistance. DO BETTER!

3 Big issues. 1. I still can't apply gift cards to my account. 2. The availability of beer, both in cans and on tap, is not accurately reflected in the app. 3. Despite the app requiring my location, it still produces a three digit code for our server. When it comes to #3, I know you guys bought those silly phone-based server devices. I'm sorry they didn't pan out like you wanted, but maybe you could tie the phones and this app together? Get the app to produce a QR code for the server to scan.
