To use the Pick 'n Save app, you'll need a Pick 'n Save digital account. You can register for your account and link your Shopper’s Card through the app. If you don't have a Shopper’s Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

Ratings and reviews

While the app is convenient, I do have one major gripe with it. The coupons in the app will often fail to be applied to your order when you check out. This is especially true for when you try using coupons on sale items. Check your receipts after every order and be prepared to spend a lot of time contacting customer service. I've easily found over $70 worth of missed coupons over the last couple months. Thankfully, customer service will work with you and comp you a store credit for the troubles.

Seriously useless app! Can't get past the sign in page. It just wipes out my info and says I need to enter again. And no, I don't need a different password or Id....works ok on my. Update , still a useless app after contacting Kroger. Problem remains the samecomputer. I uninstalled and reinstalled. It doesn't work at all for me. Kroger appears unable to fix the problem. After waiting a long time to speak with someone, same result. Oh well, Woodman's is a good choice to buy groceries.

Don't waste your time. At first this app was great, a few bugs here & there but nothing big. The last few times, awful. The shoppers at the store have done a good job overall but that's the only good thing I have to say. I've been paying more & more for an order that's been around the same size, despite coupons, the app itself has been glitchy & the last order was really late because of technical issues. The order I just ordered was cancelled, with no explanation but no doubt technical issues
