Ratings and reviews

Great idea, but the countdown doesn't account for human error (which is impossible, I know). I had two minutes to go for eighteen minutes, which got bumped to eight minutes for the next half hour. Addresses aren't up to date, or verified for accuracy, because it placed my DMV at a local storage unit when I used the app to guide me to my appointment.

Time estimate or something is very off. I was removed from queue and had to reenter because it was delayed and didn't give me an update in time.

This is the worst app I've ever used. Changing the settings requires you to give them your phone number. You cant save queues so if it's full you have to re-search it every time. Searching doesnt work at all either, for starters it's very prone to crashing, but also it searches based on popularity and characters, so you can put whatever school in you want University of Texas will always appear first, and you have to wait for the other 113 results to appear before anything can happen.
