More of a diet reminder app; lacking for diet beginners. "Faster" than the Monash app meaning much less detail and guidance. I Had to cross-check some foods with Google, because of food contradictions. There are very few specifics. Also, it doesn't give you any brands or where to find them, so you have to look up ingredients one by one, which takes so much longer when you're looking for food.

Really good app. I love the multi- diary. You track Food intake, sleep, stool constancy, emotions, stomach/gi condition, pain, excersize. Sure the list isn't able to do some foods, but it still good enough for basic food information. I love they're resource page and multi day encouragement. And it's all free. I used to use Weight Watchers and paid a hefty sum for it. It might be more extensive , but lacks the needs for IBS sufferers. I love that the app is free for almost everything.

So far, so good! Had the app for a few days and I really like using it. It makes looking up ingredients much easier, though the list could be expanded to include more items and be more comprehensive in general, for me it does a good job. The most useful part of the app for me is the diary, it makes tracking my symptoms less of a hassle, I would like if I was able to go back and edit entries rather than having to rewrite them if I forget something.
