Ever since upgrading to the Samsung S24 ultra the scanner/ticket checker and notifications don't work. I have checked permissions, cleared the cache, un-installed, restarted the phone and reinstalled and it still doesn't work. I saw others are having this problem and supposedly it's because it is 64 bit, not 32 and the developer needs to fix this. I had no problems on my old phone with the app. It started when I installed it on my Samsung galaxy s24 ultra. I appreciate your help with this matte.

Ever since I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy s24+ my ticket checker doesn't work. I get a white screen with an icon to turn the flash off or on and nothing else. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and checked my permissions and still doesn't work. It's very frustrating since that's the only thing I use it for. Edit to add that they reply to your review that you can email them but they don't respond back!!

Most recent update sends you to alarms and reminders and then freezes there. So I deposited money for no reason basically... Please fix it. Thank you! Update: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still does the same thing. Even made sure that the permissions were correct for the location. The update to fix bugs and improvements is a major fail.
