Wisenet Mobile is a free application designed specifically for Hanwha Vision's security network products.
Our app lets you view the live video and control pan/tilt/zoom functions, search & playback anywhere with your smartphone.

Pathetic app. We had no issues with the previous app. After the update, it keeps freezing. We cannot send the exported video file to the police because there is no date or time. Customer services is useless. They keep on saying send us an email and then they say they will not deal with the end user. Please please please fix it. You messed up the app so you sort it out.

I am certified to install Wisenet cameras, this app is great when it works for a single system but it need some operational polish work. It take too long to load when it can't find cameras or NVRs that are not present on the network. It shouldn't do that when you immediately start the app. If you manage multiple sites this is not a time saver. Please improve so that its not a time hindrance to load.

For a large manufacturer of professional cameras and someone who has invested over £10,000 pounds in L6320A box cams for a specific purpose, the lack of ability to FOCUS the camera in the app is absolutely shocking. There are some users out there who do wish to have some control over certain things, this would have been resolved had the RS485 on the camera allowed telemetry from a CCTV keyboard but it only controls output to a PTZ head not input to control the cam functions. Not impressed!!
