About this app

The Fastrack Smart World application is your perfect companion app to connect your Fastrack Smart wearable devices to your mobile phone. It also manages and monitors the smart wearable device features and settings. It helps you visualise your fitness activity and vitals captured by your smart wearable device so that you can keep a track of your health effectively.

Use this Fastrack Smart World application to set up and manage the following features:

- Connection/disconnection with the smartwatch
- Software/firmware updates
- Control/modify smartwatch settings
- Access health feature settings and data like Heart Rate, SpO2, Blood Pressure, etc. (non-medical use, only for general fitness/wellness purpose)
- Turn on/off or modify notification access
- Seamlessly sync your my fitness, multi-sport and sleep data
- Sync favourite contacts from the application to watch
- Sync your health data with Google Fit
- Don’t miss out on important updates. Allow the app to send call (Phone Call permission required), SMS and third-party app notifications to the watch so that you can stay on top of your game.
- Reply with SMS while rejecting call (Send SMS permission required).
- You can also manage the list of apps that you want to receive notifications from - you’re in control, always!
- Get weather updates by allowing the app to detect your location, so that you can see forecasts.

Install the Fastrack Smart World application on your mobile device, then pair your smart wearable device via Bluetooth to enjoy all its features.

Settings and features provided by the Fastrack Smart World application are only available when your smartwatch is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a stable connection between your smartwatch and your mobile device.

Stops working. Was working well and all of sudden stopped working on Android. Now, I am trying to set up and not receive a text message to complete the connection. If it is an international app, then e-mail should also be a way to complete registration. What is worst is fitness data for months has been lost. Disappointed. Again had an upgrade today 9/11 and now it is crashing. Will again loose the data until a newer version with fixes is released.

Hello, sorry, but this is the worst app, I keep crashing out when it says " OTP LIMIT EXCEEDED, PLEASE TRY IT AGAIN LATER. " and that "later" would be 7 full DAYS. now it's been 3 weeks, I placed my mobile number within those 3 weeks, and when it was working, nobody even sent me a notification for the code, please fix this. for the past 3 weeks and I'm so infuriated about this. just fix this please. this is about to turn into 4 weeks.

No auto sync available. There should be an option at least to get our watch synced automatically after every few minutes or hours. Whenever I see my watch the stats are older then what is currently there. It shows temp from afternoon even at night unless we sync the watch before. If we have to sync it everytime to get updated stats on our watch can't the users simply view them on their phones instead of watch. This is really something serious you devs should work on.
