Having the same log in failure issues as several other folks. Have tried uninstall/reinstall several times. Also, tried log in using phone#, e-mail, Sim id, etc. Nothing works. I've been using this app for several years and it's always worked great. Please help. Update: Thank you Frank, I don't know what you did but, the app is back up and running.

Do not get Tracfone or this app! The service is terrible and there are comparable plans for lower prices although the cheap as dirt plan I've had is hard to find. The interface looks like it's from the 90s and is impossible to navigate. I have no internet or MMS messages and texts get randomly broken up and put in the wrong order. I rarely have strong enough service to send or receive text messages. Save your money, time, and space. Find somewhere else

Works perfect when my phone's not connected to a secure VPN. Stopped working one day; a few weeks later I discovered it had to do with whether or not I turned on Norton's secure VPN. When my phone is connected to a VPN, app won't access my account summary. It asks for my phone no., email, serial or SIM card no. to try to access my account. Once I input any one of those, I get the error: "SORRY, SOMETHING WENT WRONG Response failure." Is there a perfectly normal reason for this?
