Ratings and reviews

App experience & flow is not great. Too much pop up ads in the beginning & when you try to click more ads come up. Does not show full catalogue of items when you visit a specific brand; instead, you have to scour it yourself. Live chat section is also not user friendly, it will not show what you are typing as it is hidden by the keyboard. Bottom line it's just not user friendly.

STUTTERING AND LAGS! LOTS OF POP-UPS FIX YOUR LAG ISSUE FIRST BEFORE SPAMMING THESE STUPID POP-UPSSS!!!! edit: stop giving lip service publicly asking me to screenshot them for you, they are EVERYWHERE, it is your user experience. turn on the app, log in, searching for products and your different endless promo pop-ups just keep coming up, it is super annoying coupled with your stuttering APP performance!

Watsons app is so disappointing. I was so upset with the delivery related problem. The first time I tried online shopping with this app, the package that arrived were in poor condition. I pay a lot of money and when I received the products they were not individually packed. They just threw brown paper and bubble wrap on top of my products. This lead to my shower gel became leaked and they even gave me the old package of the body scrub I wanted.
