Its challenging because sometimes I'm not quite ready for the next added number of pushups each time. And it's hard for me to decide if I feel accomplished for doing that number of pushups since it wasnt "in a row", which I suppose has nothing to do with the app but instead, my mentality. However I love this app because without it, I wouldnt be back up doing so many pushups, I just finished Week 2 Day 3 (30 push ups).

I liked it better with the dark theme, could we at least get the choice in the menu? Used to keep my phone unlocked during my session but after a recent update that no longer happens forcing me to unlock my phone several times during a workout. Used to be able to close the app like any other but after a recent update or gets stuck on in the background until my phone alerts me to the power drain and prompts me to force stop the app. Pushup routine is still great!

Working out is about what fits you, a lot of people start working out and try to be like someone else and if it doesn't work out, eventually quit. This app is simple, doesn't eat a lot of time and gives a generous pace. I have the whole zen series (besides the pullup challenge, due to lack of equipment). Highly recommend it.
