Not very user friendly. App doesn't do a good job explaining how to use it, and how to get things done on it. Needs to be an English language version also. For example, I was told at the Movistar store I needed money in my wallet to pay for paquetes, instead of just being able to purchase paquetes with my credit card. The app did not explain that process. I should be able to purchase paquetes with my credit card as well as a wallet balance.

I am a professional SDET (QA) for software applications and this is the most unfriendly, non-intuitive app I have ever used. Most apps are intuitive and use iconography so even if you do not speak the dominant language, you can figure out what to do. The user journey is horrible and I found defects as I was navigating along with the "English-speaking" CSR. And on top of everything, the number belonged to someone else and though it was a new SIM, I couldn't use it. 😡

This app has one of the worst UIs and overall bad UX, really bad language compatibility, the systems are so outdated that accounts have already been registered more than once thus rendering the access to those accounts impossible. For example, my old account collides with my new account, and now I can't access either of those.the interface is everything but intuitive and overall impossible to use.
