BVG Fahrinfo is the way to take city trips, we offer up to date travel information on all bus, train, tram and subway so that you can plan your route with the latest updates and avoid any delays by using the Live Information feature to get around Berlin or use the Commuter Alarm feature and receive a notification about changes to your journey.

Ratings and reviews

The app freezes regularly. In unlucky cases of ticket control, expect a fine. Appeal and reference to app failure do ead to a reduced fine, but one still pays. Not recommended. P.S. the develope's comment is priceless. So you sit in a train, the app freezes, the controller is near and impatient. Do you really have the option to restart your phone and wait till the ticket goes back online? Fat chance

What is the point of even having this app, when issues and interruptions are not shown at all or shown too late? Just this morning I have checked whether the M19 is leaving at 5:08am from Mehringdamm, the app said it does. On arrival at Mehringdamm it turned out the M19 at that time is cancelled and the next one is at 5:28am. Had I known this earlier, I could have taken a different route to work, now I'm going to be late AGAIN as the same thing happened yesterday. This is no.Absolutely useless!

The times and schedules are most of the times not correct, the suggestions to do your trips also not efficient and long and mostly the estimated arrival times 95% not correct and very different from reality. Update: I bought a ticket and there was an error message that something went wrong, then I exit to make sure that the ticket is not pending, and I order the tocket one more time, the order went through and payment was successfull, but they got money twice for the first time whe was an error
