Ratings and reviews

App was unable to process any of my verification info until the day after it was installed for some reason. The next day, everything went smoothly, except for "identity verification". My German residence permit is a page in my (non-EU) passport, and the app is unable to process this document: it requires a residence permit card or an EU/UK passport. This means I have to keep using other apps for Carsharing (Emmy and Miles, which have already verified me independently).

Jelbi still provides unreliable routes and schedule. Still need to go to Fahrinfo to verify potential delays and interruptions. Please, fix that!! P.S. Thanks for an improvement on Miles integration, now it's really smooth. Though I still need go to Miles app at times to choose a custom rate.

Not sure what happened to my last review but in its current state, this app is barely worth 1 star. The idea and concept is good but 2/3 payment methods are blocked by the provider (I know, this is a LogPay issue but please have them fix it). Moreover, Paypal also does not work, so I'm unable to even use the app because I can't add any payment details. Oh yeah, vouchers also require a payment method, so if you're here for that Deutschlandticket Jelbi voucher, you cannot use it
