Low rating because it's mandatory, first it deprecated the use of the digital signature number, and later removed the option altogether. Maybe there are some regulations behind, maybe it's just more convenient for them and allows them to gather more data. It follows the move of "do everything on the app so we can track you and push notifications/ads more easily". Anyways, I don't like it being mandatory. Works ok so far.

I have to use this app daily, and it is driving me nuts. Nearly every time I authenticate, the app prompts me to enter my password, despite having biometric authentication enabled. To make matters worse, the app's custom keyboard doesn't integrate with password managers (so I can't use 1Password), and it even prohibits pasting into the password field. The only option is to enter my strong password manually, by hand, every time. Please, please fix this. 🙏

The App needs to improve in terms of letting pass to proceed in what you want to obtain. I had problems with a simple certificate of Titularity. And never get it bcz the sign opposed to it. I tried all morning, also went to the bank. Even with their assistance I couldn't get the Certificate with the App. It's weird. It's a simple thing...I can't imagine if you're in a real trouble with money and the Caixa Sign oppose to release the Approval to get your funds ..
