Very disappointing experience. This app takes an extremely long time to deliver food — even when restaurants are nearby. Customer service is absolutely third-class. They don’t respond properly, give irrelevant answers, and show no willingness to resolve issues. Waiting for support is a complete waste of time. Overall, very poor customer support and unreliable delivery service.

This app is very bad I ordered food and it wasn't even delivered to me and it showed that it was delivered I called the delivery executive and he said he already delivered the order and the name and number he was saying was different from mine and when I contacted customer service it said invalid number and when I chat with them they said they'll refund but my money wasn't refunded at all. Please look into this issue as soon as possible or I might have to file a complaint

Somebody, please counter me on this. I genuinely want to know. What's the point of this app? Swiggy show 1.5x or 2x restaurant prices then gives the 50% offers or other offers. Toing shows the 1.1x prices without offers. I compared both and their was no difference in final rate of same multiple items from a same food place??? Even the delivery time is same.
