Just used it for the 1st time. Was really handy for a short trip. I'll be using this frequently. 1 issue. The pickup/dropoff is confusing. I thought it was telling me to walk to the corner. I missed my ride, and nearly the 2nd. Then, it seemed like a random dropoff spot. Not exactly what i had selected, but very close.

App not intuitive, zones are a nightmare to visually parse. Realized the company Via, whose white label app this is is going public and the marketing and PR speak from their roadshow have a big gap between how they portray themselves and how garbage this app is. Missing basic intermediate steps when booking rides and also better indicators when the service is on/off. Plus wait times make slow buses a better option, b/c of variability. Another garbage Miami investment. Uber should eat their lunch

Since downloading the app, I've only been able to land two rides. Many times they either don't have the cars and want us to use the bus or the driver didn't come to the correct location. Three times I had waited for the driver at the correct location as indicated and the driver never showed up. They cancel the ride and send a msg that the driver waited as long as they could have waited and the ride should have been cancelled by us if we no longer needed it. I can't suggest this app to anyone
