Had an initial glitch with the first doctor, showed a black screen and no audio even at max volume. He canceled and I chose a new doctor. After connecting the video feed was fine but audio was extremely low, I had to hold it to my ear to hear. The doctor was very kind and thorough and helped me with what I needed. Overall the app is relatively easy to use and enter info. I think the app can use some work, however, on the A/V end. Used on Samsung galaxy S20+

Audio wouldnt work, the messages center of the app also doenst work even after updating app today. Cant contact dr to let her know I've never recieved well note or anything in my email ad expected. Zero stars, waste of money most likely. Wish there was a way to make contact.

Would be better if it wouldn't ask you additional questions after selecting your provider, losing your place in the queue. Selecting the provider based on queue length should be the last selection, and it should place you in the queue immediately.
