The customer service was USELESS. I tried to deposit my check to gotyme and it didn't proceed because of their 'technical issue', I've been complaining for almost 2 weeks and yet, nothing happened. They just told me to always wait 2-5 banking days and almost 2 weeks still nothing. always issuing a ticket but when you ask them to check my transactions about it, they will say that the ticket from the first agent was already closed, but my concern was ongoing. they just make you wait for nothing.

I'm losing my small amount money due to fraud in this app. but it taking to long to resolve the issue it's been a month. you always saying it will be expedite but a month? you kidding me right? . whay if the money i lose is big amount of money and the service of your specialists team is taking too long. and take note im not even using this app. and i didnt click any ads or scam links. and this happen. when i decided to use this app for savings

Customer Service are indeed attentive BUT NO ACTUAL ACTION. Just a flowery words. I have uncredited transfer from them and its been more than 3 months and NOTHING HAPPEN,,,, everytime I will follow up, they are just ALWAYS promising that they will ensure they will be on top of my issues to resolve,,,, BUT in reality NOTHING is happening! I advise you DO NOT USE this app. They are THIEF!!!
