Be really careful! It's really easy to pay more than on the website. While after a LOT of searching I found the same collection deal I get from the website, it took a lot of searching and didn't apply automatically. On the website it applies the best deal automatically. It was only because I knew the deal existed and searched hard that I found it. Even with a 50% discount voucher it was more than we usually pay for collection.

The delivery information we put into the app is not transferred to the drivers and possibly doesn't transfer to the store. Several times we have had lost drivers despite being a local Google searchable address and having written clear instructions. My daughter ordered a pizza and it was left on the doorstep of a neighbouring street, she found it cold half an hour later. Manager not interested in resolving the issue.

when did they start charging 3 quid for delivery. Edit - I find their response unsatisfactory. The delivery fee could be justified if the food had stayed the same price, or wages had gone up, but they haven't, so it's a moot point.
