Soothing yet empowering! The guide's voice is easy to listen to and 10 minutes seem to fly by. There is quite a bit offered in the free version, but I like this app so much, I plan to upgrade and support the developers. We need more peace and helpful tools in the world. In just a few weeks, I've noticed my anxiety dwindling and depression lifted. If I'm stressed during the work day, I "return to the breath." I've tried meditation before, but this is what I needed to be consistent.

I've been very happy with this app and everything it's free version offers. I've learned a lot of great meditation techniques so far that I've been able to implement on my own. I feel a lot calmer and look forward to doing the 10 minute meditations every day. I actually think I'm going to do the 6 month subscription to get access to the sleep meditations. I tried the first one and loved it.

So far so good. I'm only on the first level but I love the guided meditations. They're separated by levels and sections so you can practice a session a day. Each session is approx. 10 min. Each level has a different focus. Of course the first level is introductions and basics, but there's also meditation guides for focus, weightloss, stress, anxiety, etc. Doesn't hurt to try! I'm a previous user of Head Space, Stop Breathe Think, and Calm.
