Like other reviewers, I did not have a problem booking hotels using this app until this year. So far I have spent on average one hour on each booking. Everything is fine until I enter my Visa or Mastercard information. Then I get a message saying details are not correct. I have always used the same card, and it works for Marriott :) maybe that's a sign to keep my titanium status with Marriott instead of accruing with Accor. I suspect there may be an issue with the Authorize with Visa step.

Every time I book a hotel for work I add my business details and VAT number, I click "save" and they are never saved. Each time I need to put all the info in again :( considering I use the app a lot and 90% of the times it's for a business trip, it would be nice if my business profile was saved and I could set it as the default option.

Impossible to reset my password via the app or the website. I tried many times yesterday and today and I get a red square error message about some technical issue. I'm not going to spend time filling in the complaint form which is too long, has too many fields to fill in. I'm very disappointed at not being able to use my account. Response to the app team's comment: I wrote today 2 emails to you. Obviously, I can't know my client number since I cannot reset my password to enter my accor account.
