This app has become really buggy. I try to open the app, nothing just a blank screen. Close and reopen, the same. Restart my phone and occasionally it helps. The previousore stripped down version was fine. All these additional ads and banners are just clogging it up and it's really annoying. I'm currently trying to check today's pending delivery and the app is just not having it. I shouldn't have to restart my phone or uninstall and reinstall to get it to work.

Don't know what's going on? Have used the Asda app for years without issue. Now it won't let me place my order. But this issue is on the web version and the app! The app is updated. I've tried clearing cache. I've deleted and reinstalled the app. I've restarted my phone and tried on a different device. Still nothing! Been trying for last three days. Tried emailing the app support email, no response. Tried messaging the official Facebook Asda page, no response. Getting ridiculous at this point!

This app is terrible! Who decided on a revamp of the old app and signed it off after testing? They should be sacked!! It's not fit for purpose as it doesn't load, but when it does, it's slow or only partially loads. The older version of this app was brilliant. Granted, it could randomly sign you out of your account, but once you were logged in, food shopping was easy, quick, and convenient. Why change what's not broken? Asda, fix this. You are better than this current version of the app!!
