If it worked, it would be great. But it's not. If you do not currently have any quickbooks software, find other software. It costs more time than it saves. I don't have the space to explain all my complaints. But here's several. It doesn't always save Estimates or Invoices (I've had to retype many of each). It also changes them on their own. The receipt scanner in the mobile app works 2/10 times. If you are using the scanner, make sure you have QBO open and confirm it's actually saving it.

The idea is good, but sales tax is messed up. We are a service company that has multiple customer locations. If I manually enter sales tax. It states doesn't show it under my tax liability later. Also, American express customer receipts are wrong when compared to actual bank deposits. Again it is a sales tax issue. The "based on your location" feature is a joke and a liability. Not sure how intuit can get away with it. I'll try using Square again for mobile payments.

Worked well until recently. Take payment on customers account button disappeared. In order to roll an estimate into an invoice you have to accept it first then roll it. Then when you save the invoice. The invoice disappears until the app syncs with online. So you're unable to take a payment on an invoice you just created. I wish the app would give you the option to sync all QuickBooks. It's really frustrating for most the transactions to be missing.
