Update:The new update got the issue fixed and it has been working fine! I've been using this app for a long time, but the last update I got, while installing it I got a pop up window message saying duplicate provider error, and now I cannot install it again cause its that error all the time. Does anyone know how to fix it???

I am loving this app so far. Cuballama is fast, reliable. Customer service is very attentive. I can recharge phone, send money and make groceries. I live in Dubai but my family is still unfortunately living in Cuba, and is my responsibility to help and take care of them, all possible thanks to Cuballama

App constantly crashes or lags and is way too invasive!! You MUST provide info on whom you want whish to send a package to, before even starting shopping (?!) and you MUST give access to your phone contacts to keep on shopping, even if you select to enter manually... I have removed the app, just because I don't like being invaded this way... It is unpleasant. There are other channels for sending food and goods to my family in Cuba.
