I have been using the app for over 6 months. Lately, I have been having issues with being picked up. It will say the driver is at your location, then it says you weren't at the pick up spot. When the car never showed up. I have used a actual address. Still some pick ups to no picks up. Then a Via driver suggested using a street corner. Did that. Couple of days good picks ups. Next day here we go again, your driver did not see you at the pick up location. Car never showed. Need newer App.

This app is extremely glitchy. It has trouble finding addresses I enter that Uber and Lyft has no trouble finding. Basically no addresses show up when you type and you have to use the map pin to approximate the address. This makes it annoying when you are trying to find the spot to meet the driver. I can't even set the home address because it can't search any addresses. How hard would it be for the developers to properly connect this app to Google Maps?

Great service, the app is not working currently. I have not been able to book any rides for two three days. It says ive already booked a ride and I havent. They keep forwarding me to the operations team and no response from the email support. I need my account reset or deleted to be able to book again. Im so frustrated. I have to pay expensive cab fare compared to how much money I have saved riding with via. It's a great service our area really needs, but this hurts its purpose with tech issues.
