* Camera: Allows the Amazon app to access your camera on the device. You can use your camera to find products by scanning the cover or its barcode, to add gift cards and credit cards, or to add pictures in the product reviews.
* Flashlight: Allows the Amazon app to turn on the flashlight. You can use the flashlight to find products with the camera feature even in low-light or dark conditions.

Ratings and reviews

I've been a Prime user for close to 10 years. Amazon should've grandfather all these accounts before making them go thru something (commercials) that they didn't sign up for to begin with, and it was way back then one of the attractive things about signing up for it. To me, it's clear what my next step it's going to be. To make Prime members to pay an extra 2 or 3 dollars to get rid of Commercials is ridiculous. Is NOT about the money, but more so the principal. Shameful!

Terrible Service – Unacceptable Delays and Lack of Flexibility I ordered an item with Amazon Prime, expecting the usual 2-day delivery. However, the item was delayed by 4 additional days, which made it useless for the intended purpose. To make matters worse, the item hadn't even shipped yet, and when I tried to cancel the order, Amazon wouldn’t let me! They effectively forced me to wait and charged me for an item I no longer needed. This experience was incredibly frustrating.

Can. You. PLEASE. Implement more app control settings?? At least to disable video previews while browsing items, and to disable the View In Your Room function?? The app constantly crashes on me and I'm fairly certain these features could be causing it. Perhaps due to a memory leak or something. Regardless, they halt my progress in searching for and purchasing items having to wait 60 seconds for the third image and any consecutive images in a listing to load! It's been happening for over a year.
